Q General information

A 1. Client opening a Live account with Land Prime agrees and confirms the below trading terms and conditions.
2. Promotion period: November 1st, 2023 00:00 ~ December 31st, 2023 23:59 (Land Prime Server time, GMT)
3. The deposit bonus will be credited for up to USD 5,000 regardless of the number of deposits over USD 200. Also, the deposit bonus is trading only and cannot be withdrawn.
3.1 50% of the deposit bonus will be applied for up to USD 250 (or currency equivalent)
3.2 After receiving the 50% bonus, 20% of the deposit bonus will be applied for up to USD 4,750 (or Currency equivalent)
4. The promotion bonus will be credited into the client’s trading account as a credit and can be used as a Margin; the bonus is only for trading purposes and cannot be withdrawn.
5. After completing the deposit, the bonus will be reflected automatically in MT4 and MT5. If the client does not receive the bonus, the client should request the bonus within five (5) working days

QLimitations

A1. The deposit bonus will be applied to one (1) account only per one (1) client, regardless of the number of accounts with Land Prime. If you open a duplicate account, it will be automatically changed to the Pro account. Also, the clients are permitted to hold only one (1) promotion account per one (1) unique IP address. Multiple registrations and/or trading from the same IP are not permitted, nor are multiple promotion accounts registered with the same personal details.
2. The amount of internal transfer from another account would not be eligible for the bonus.
3. During the promotion period, if a client makes any withdrawals or internal transfers, the full amount of the bonus will be deducted.
4. Any trading account deemed inactive (no trading activity for over 30 days), will be changed from Bonus Account to Pro Account type.
5. Land Prime is authorised to disqualify any participant in the promotion who intends to abuse or violate the promotion terms and conditions and reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time. Any amendment or termination of the promotion will be subjected to notifications from Land Prime.
6. If Land Prime suspects or has reason to believe that a client is set under case 5 and any of the above instances, Land Prime is entitled as its sole discretion to:
7. Deny, withhold or withdraw deposits from client’s account(s) and/or from any other account(s) related to such client’s account.
8. Withhold, cancel and subtract from client’s account(s) and/or from any other account(s) related to such client’s account.
9. Offset any resulting of profits/losses from related account(s)
10. Terminate client’s any services and contracts provided by Land Prime
11. Block client’s account(s) by maintaining minimum regulatory requirements
12. Cancel profits, Introducing Broker (IB) commissions
13. Land Prime will not inform to client regards to investigation details for abusing account.
14. Land Prime reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion.
